TalentScript Career Branding Agency (“TalentScript”, “we” or “us”) is a career branding agency founded in 2016. Our headquarters is at Airport Road, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, and we have a United States office at Broad Street, Middletown, Delaware, United States. You can reach us at [email protected].

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every service we provide to you. When you engage us, you agree to them together with the written engagement summary described below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

• Career documents: resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, executive biographies, 30-60-90 day plans, SWOT analyses and STAR career stories, written from what you tell us.
• Executive portfolio websites: a personal website that presents your career.
• Career Access support: search and apply support, connections with industry leaders and visibility events.

Packages, tiers and prices shown on this website describe our services in general. They are a guide, and they are in US dollars. What you receive, and what it costs, is set out in your written engagement summary.

Every engagement follows the same path:

• Consultation. We talk through your career, your goals and which service fits.
• Agreement. We send you a written engagement summary and you confirm that you accept it.
• Payment. You pay as set out in the engagement summary.
• Discovery. We collect your career history and goals so we can write from the facts.
• Delivery. We send you your drafts.
• Review. You give us feedback, and we revise within the scope you agreed.

The specific scope, price, turnaround time, number of revisions, payment method and refund terms for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. The written engagement summary takes precedence over the general descriptions on this website. If the two differ, the summary applies.

You agree to give us accurate and truthful career information. We write from what you tell us and from the documents you share, and we cannot independently verify it. You remain responsible for making sure that everything in your final documents, including titles, dates, employers, results and credentials, is true.

You also agree to send the information we ask for, to review drafts and reply in good time, and to share only material you have the right to share. We may decline a request to include something we believe is false or misleading.

No. We do not guarantee employment, interviews or job offers. We improve how you are positioned, prepared and seen. Hiring decisions belong to employers and recruiters, and results depend on many things outside our control, including your experience, the market and the roles you pursue.

Career Access support, including introductions and visibility events, is provided in good faith. An introduction is not an endorsement by, or a promise from, the person you meet.

You own your final documents once you have paid in full. Until then, we keep the rights in the work and give you permission to review it. We keep the rights in our own methods, templates, frameworks and know-how, and in the content of this website.

We may use anonymized samples of our work, with your name and all personal details removed, to show prospective clients what we do. We do not show your details.

Yes. We treat everything you share with us as confidential. We use it only to deliver your service and share it only as described in our Privacy Policy or with your permission. This continues after the engagement ends. It does not apply to information that is already public, or that we must disclose because the law requires it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, TalentScript is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of employment, income, opportunity or reputation, arising from your use of our website or services. This includes decisions made by employers or recruiters, and problems caused by inaccurate information you gave us.

Our total liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing affects any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.

You may read and share pages of this website for your own, non-commercial use. Please do not copy our content for resale, misuse the contact or newsletter forms, or try to interfere with the site. Information on the website is general and may change. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice. Some pages link to sites run by others, such as clients' own portfolio websites, and we are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, where TalentScript is headquartered. If we disagree about anything, please email [email protected] first so we can try to resolve it together. Any dispute we cannot resolve that way is subject to the courts of Nigeria, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes apply to your use of the website from that date. An engagement you have already started stays under the terms and written engagement summary you agreed, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing.
