Wherever you are based, the process, discovery, strategy, writing and review, works the same way, over video calls and email rather than in person.
When you get in touch, we reply within 24 hours with the earliest time we can speak. Once we begin, most clients hear back with a first draft well within the timeframe discussed at booking, and we will always tell you the specific schedule for your project before you commit to anything.

We book discovery sessions and check-ins at a time that reasonably works for both sides, and most of the collaboration in between, sharing drafts, gathering feedback, happens asynchronously over email, so a large time difference rarely slows the work down. If you are in a time zone many hours from ours, mention it when you book and we will find a window that does not require you to be awake at 3am.
